At Aesthetic Nirvana, our mission is to ensure our clients not only LOOK GOOD, but also FEEL GOOD.
Dr. Farrah McSpadden and Nurse Practitioner Jody Spain founded Aesthetics Nirvana with a goal of providing the highest level of medical spa and aesthetics services, typically only found in larger cities, for women and
men in Southern Missouri and Northern Arkansas.
Our highly skilled and certified team works with clients to help determine the best services to meet their beauty needs and naturally enhance their appearance.
Farrah mcspadden, md, facog
Dr. Farrah McSpadden spent most of her childhood near Current River and still enjoys its scenery while running or spending time there with her husband and children. She is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and serves as the medical director of Aesthetic Nirvana. She sought specialized aesthetic training and works alongside our team in providing our services. Farrah served in the US Army Reserves and was deployed to Kuwait in 2011, where she used her surgical training and skills to care for soldiers there. Dr. McSpadden completed her medical degree with the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Services and her residency training at the Grand Rapids Medical Education Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Jody loves cycling and running and enjoys several hobbies and relaxing with her children. She has enjoyed training in injectable aesthetic products and has a special interest in helping people feel more confident about their skin and appearance, without having to travel long distances to do so. Jody has over 6 years of experience in the injection of Botox and dermal filler products. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner who also works daily with Dr. McSpadden in their OB/GYN practice. Jody started her education at Three Rivers College in Poplar Bluff and completed her graduate studies at the University of Missouri in Columbia.

Kristen is a graduate of the Black River Beauty Academy and is passionate about her career in aesthetics. Kristen specializes in facials, dermaplane, lash/brow, and waxing services. Kristen is a life-long resident of the area, including graduating from Poplar Bluff High School and attending Three Rivers College. Prior to becoming part of Aesthetic Nirvana, Kristen has worked in sales, management and human resources. Kristen stays busy chasing after her three sons and daughter. She loves spending time with her children and family in her free time.
SONYA DICIRCO, MSN, FNP-BC
Sonya DiCiro has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 20 years and a Registered Nurse for 35 years. She received her Masters in Nursing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Sonya is married to Kurt DiCiro and her children are Stephanie Tinsley and spouse, Travis, Shawn Woodsmall and Shelby Woodsman. Her three grandchildren, Cooper, Keatyn and Rowan ar the light of her life. Sonya's hobbies are gardening, traveling, decorating and photography. Sonya has a passion for nursing and caring for others whether in the healthcare setting or in her relationships with family, friends and the community.
LISA CARROLL, MSN, CRNA
Lisa specializes in Botox® and dermal filler injections. She also works as a contract anesthetist for Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Lisa has worked as a Registered Nurse for Missouri Southern Healthcare and Southeast Hospital. She received her Master's in Nursing Degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at Jacksonville University.

Jaclyn Hirtz
Jaclyn serves as the Spa Director for Aesthetic Nirvana. Jaclyn is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Science with an emphasis in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics. She has been a Nutritionist in Missouri for the past 5 years. She and her husband, William, have been married for 18 years and have two amazing boys. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and helping others in all aspects of health and wellness.
